A Customized Program:

Whether you prefer Full Body, Half Body, PPL, or Split routines, we offer programs tailored to your needs. Your Personal Coach:

SP Training transcends the standard exercise listing. We give explicit instructions for each session, detailing sets, reps, weights, and rest periods. This progression is structured through what we call progression cycles, inspired by powerlifting strength cycles (5x5, 5/3/1), and adapted for hypertrophy by Rudy Coia, leveraging his extensive coaching expertise. Simply rate your perceived exertion (RPE, RIR), and we take care of the rest.

A Training Log & Journal:

SP Training provides flexibility without imposing rigid structures. For those who prefer independence, it serves as an excellent training journal. You can freely create and modify sessions using any of the 250 exercises available within the app.

The SuperPhysique Club:

SP Training proudly supports the SuperPhysique Club, allowing users to progress through various levels in essential bodybuilding exercises such as bench presses, squats, and pull-ups. Challenge friends and strive to become a legend!
